Refund Policy

1. One-Time Purchases

All DubaiUnit credit purchases are one-time, non-recurring transactions. There are no subscriptions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided no searches have been used from the purchased credits.
• Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed (searches performed), that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email dubaipropertyunit@proton.me with your order ID and the email address associated with your account. Refund requests without an order ID cannot be processed.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5"“10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting DubaiUnit support will result in immediate account suspension. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to pursue recovery.
