DubaiUnit provides property analytics for UAE real estate professionals, including unit numbers, addresses, building details, and transaction records sourced from public UAE property registries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DubaiUnit. By accessing the service, you confirm you are of legal age and using the platform for lawful professional purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use DubaiUnit only for lawful, professional real estate research and analytics.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through DubaiUnit.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or abuse the platform in any way.

4. Data Accuracy

All data is provided "as is" from public UAE property registries. DubaiUnit makes no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Always verify critical information with official sources before making decisions.

5. Credits

Credits purchased on DubaiUnit are non-transferable between accounts. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Suspension

DubaiUnit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be abusing the service, violating these terms, or engaging in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
